We start with a detailed in-take meeting with the hiring managers along with the company’s in-house recruitment team to narrow down the search mandate with regards to proficiency level of the skill, domain expertise, salary ranges and culturel nuances. We source candidates through multiple sources and present the suitable candidatures based on technical as well culture fit of the client organization.
We also partner with psychometric testing institutes to assess specific competencies (behavioural and technical) of the candidates as per the clients requirements at an additional cost.
Our Talentsense Specialist will engage with the candidates throughout the process including interview coordination, salary negotiation, background checks, post offer connect sessions and final on-boarding.
